I hired this cowboy outfit to replace 2x locks at my house in the summer of 2009. After waiting over an hour beyond my booked time, the engineer (used loosely) arrived with a pretty bad attitude, saying that we had not arranged a time ( I specified a time when I rang the shop )! I allowed him to carry on and replace my locks, which he did in a very short time, 15 mins! I was quoted £22.95 for each lock and a charge of £79.50 for the labour he said, but in the advert it said no call out charge!! Beware of this! Yes the locks work fine but after I called the shop to make a complaint, there was NO after sales person to take my comments and nobody was available to take control of the call, awful service, they will not be having my custon again.
